Terms of Service

Last updated: August 29, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Service Inbound. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Service Inbound provides AI-powered call answering, business texting, website chat, click-to-call and lead form handling for service businesses, along with a dashboard for call summaries and reporting.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core functionality.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive purposes, to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable telemarketing or messaging laws, or to attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You may not use the service for emergency dispatch or as a substitute for emergency services. The service is not 911 and cannot guarantee delivery of urgent communications.

4. Your Responsibilities for Calls and Messages

You are responsible for the phone numbers you connect, the scripts and rules you configure, and for complying with recording, consent and messaging laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

You grant us permission to answer, record, transcribe and respond to communications directed to your business as configured in your account.

5. Fees and Billing

Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rate shown at signup. Usage above your plan allowance is billed at the overage rate listed in your plan.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The service can connect to third-party CRM, scheduling and dispatch tools. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or data practices.

8. Intellectual Property

We own the service, including software, models, designs and content, other than your data. You own the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to use it to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Outages may result from maintenance, carrier issues or events outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated responses and summaries may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, including missed or mishandled calls.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal claims.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
