Steve is the founder and owner of Service Inbound and Ad Machines and is the creator of the Ad Copy Formula and author of the Google AdWords Survival Guide. He has been helping local businesses get found and generate leads since 2002 and is an expert in the field of SEO for marketing and advertising. Steve resides in Newburyport and stays busy with a daughter and a son under 2 and a dog named Rudy. When he’s not bringing in revenue for small businesses through Service Inbound and Ad Machines, he also enjoys boating and deep sea fishing. He serves as the official DJ of the Office.
Candice hails from Chicago, Illinois and is a dedicated full-time student at SNHU with a major in Communications and a minor in Graphic Design. Our content development team relies on Candice for her experience in media, including photography, video, and content! Candice also does freelance work as a photographer and audio engineering when she’s not enjoying the company of her daughter, Maya.
Jason comes to Service Inbound from his nearby hometown, Beverly, Massachusetts. He attended Western New England University to study Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Media. When he’s not lending his talent to Service Inbound, he’s a basketball coach at his local alma mater, St. John’s Prep, and spends time producing freelance videos and blogs. Jason is the proud American son of two Syrian immigrant parents, is a Boston sports fanatic, and loves his dog, Benji.

Lauren’s experience prior to joining the team at Service Inbound is in the equine industry, where she went to school for Equestrian Studies at William Woods University and traveled the globe as a professional groom, including attending the London Olympics with the dressage team in 2012. Now nurturing her love for marketing and advertising, she also brings blogging experience and a niche for writing to the table. She heads up account management and marketing initiatives for Service Inbound. As a recent New England transplant, Lauren originally hails from Fort Worth, Texas and spends her free time training horses and traveling, accompanied by her beagle, Tex.
Miranda is our graphic designer, originally from the shores of Lake Ontario in Fair Haven, New York. She graduated salutatorian from Cazenovia College with a degree in Visual Communications. Before joining the Service Inbound team, she worked in print design experiencing everything from darkroom page shooting to letter presses. Her skills translate flawlessly to her talent for media manipulation and digital design for all of our photoshop and publication design needs. She resides in Haverhill with her fiancee and is anticipating a name change later this fall!
James of the Internet Nagle is the self-made Web Genius behind our operation, settling here from Morrisville, NY. James started coding way back when AltaVista was the primary search engine and went on to explore the ins and outs of what goes on behind the web. After upgrading to Google, freelancing and producing personal projects, he ran into Steve and joined the Service Inbound team a few months later. He heads up our executive account management as well as web design and maintenance. In his free time, he plays guitar and runs the Internet.
Tommy Dunn of Wakefield Ma, went to the New England Institute of Art for his Bachelors of Science in Media Arts and Animation. However, art aside, his expertise with Service Inbound lies with his acute knowledge and management of Google AdWords accounts on behalf of our clients. In his spare time, Tommy can be found drawing, watching movies, running around with his puppy, Max, or indulging in long walks on the beach and candle-lit dinners.
Jim boasts the shortest office commute, a resident of Amesbury of 14 years. Jim’s experience across the board prepared him for our sales division, formerly a tennis pro and then spending time in restaurant management, tech business, financial applications, and management. He still enjoys tennis and spending time with his wife and their two children.
Jeff is a lifer on the North Shore of Boston, where he attended Merrimack college before a long career stint in radio. Jeff’s sales voice is quite a recognizable one, having graced the radio waves discussing sports and politics for many years before settling into the sales side of radio and now employs his talents for Ad Machines and Service Inbound. When this budding Google executive isn’t sharing the mad benefits of our programs, he’s easy to engage about the Celtics, Red Sox, the Patriots, or golf. He resides in Newburyport with his daughter, Sydney, his significant other, and two siamese cats, Oliver and Tiny Man.
